Frequently asked questions
Questions we hear most.
Short answers to the most common questions. For official rules, the government instructions take precedence.
How much does it cost?
An individual application costs €12.50, a couple €17.50 and a family €27.50. The price is per application, regardless of the number of people.
Is this an official government fee?
No. The official DV entry is free on the government website. Our fee is for the preparation, review and submission service.
Can you guarantee a Green Card?
No. No one can guarantee selection or a visa. We only stand behind the quality of our service.
How do I pay?
You can pay cash in person or by post, following the instructions shown after submission. Card payment is enabled only once a payment provider is configured.
How long does it take?
Completing the form takes about 6 minutes for one person and up to 12 minutes for a family. Staff file the entry during the official registration period.
When do I get the confirmation number?
Only after staff have filed the application on the official site and recorded the number. It never appears earlier.
Who can see my data?
Only authorised staff, according to role. Photos are stored privately and are never publicly accessible.
Can I apply without an account?
Yes. You can start and submit without an account. After submission you get portal access through a secure email link.
Who can enter the DV lottery?
You need citizenship of an eligible country, a high school education (12 years) or two years of qualifying work experience, and you must meet the other official requirements. Country eligibility changes each year; check the official instructions.
What happens if I make a mistake?
If the application has not been filed yet, you can go back and correct it. After submission, use the change request in the portal. Staff review it and contact you; changes are not applied automatically.
Can I include my spouse and children?
A spouse generally must be included. Possible exceptions (for example US citizenship or a documented legal separation) require verification. Unmarried children under 21 are included, even if they will not immigrate.
What are the photo requirements?
JPEG or PNG, square, 600×600 to 1200×1200 pixels, with a clearly visible face and a plain background. The automated check is advisory; staff make the final decision. Photos are never shown publicly.
What happens after payment?
The payment status updates in the portal after staff confirm receipt. The case moves to review, then to the filing queue. Filing happens only during the official period, and the confirmation number is recorded after filing.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Cancellation and refund terms are not final. Until then, send a written request to the contact email and staff will review the case. We do not promise an automatic refund.
Are you affiliated with the US government?
